Refund & Return Policy
We want you to feel confident and cared for with every order from Tendril & Thistle. While most of our products are not eligible for return, we’ll always make things right if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our self-care Invitations (small-batch, handcrafted, and personal-use items), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once these products have left our studio. This ensures the safety, freshness, and quality of every item you receive.
DIY & Craft Products
All DIY and craft supplies are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days at hello@tendrilandthistle.com if:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

If your claim is approved, we may issue a replacement or, in rare cases, a refund. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Tendril & Thistle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We encourage you to double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a claim. We’re always happy to provide your tracking details and assist you in this process.
