We do our very best to pack and ship your order quickly while giving each item the care it deserves.

• DIY & Craft Products
  Most orders (such as decoupage papers, paints, and other creative supplies) ship Monday through Friday within 48 hours of purchase.

• Self-Care Invitations
  Because these are hand-crafted in small batches, please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way. Delivery times may vary by carrier, but we’ll always do our part to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

If you have a special timeline in mind (such as a gift date), please reach out before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Tendril & Thistle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We encourage you to double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

If you believe your package was misdelivered or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a claim. We’re always happy to provide your tracking details and assist you in this process.
