Shipping Policy

We do our very best to pack and ship your order promptly while giving each item the care it deserves.

Processing Times

Most Tendril & Thistle orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Because some of our products are handcrafted, made in small batches, or prepared as ordered, processing times may occasionally vary. If an unusual delay affects your order, we will contact you.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Carrier delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.

If you have a particular timeline in mind, such as a gift date, please contact us at hello@tendrilandthistle.com before placing your order. We’ll let you know whether we can reasonably accommodate it.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to correct the address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun or the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Lost, Stolen or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting the carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier using your tracking number to begin a missing-package inquiry. We are happy to provide available tracking or shipment information that may help with that process.

Tendril & Thistle cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier or for orders shipped to an address incorrectly provided at checkout. We will, however, review unusual delivery situations individually and assist where reasonably possible.
